Mark Tauscher is one of the most popular and richest American Football Player who was born on June 17, 1977 in Marshfield, Wisconsin, United States. Mark Tauscher (/’ T aU S@r / born on 17 June 1977) is an ex- American football offensive tackle from the National Football League (NFL). He was selected with the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2000 NFL Draft. He was the winner of Super Bowl XLV with them over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played in the NCAA football tournament at Wisconsin. He currently provides studio commentary on NFL broadcasts for Sky Sports in Britain.

Tauscher received the honor of being named Packers in 2008 as the Walter Payton Man of the Year. He was also chosen as Packers the The 2008 Ed Block Courage Award winner.

Tauscher started at Right Tackle in the Packers’ first four games of the 2010 season until he suffered a shoulder injury in a Week 4 matchup against the Detroit Lions. He was placed on injured reserve on November 12, 2010.

After the 2008 season was over, Tauscher became an unrestricted free agent. Tauscher worked out for the Kansas City Chiefs but the Packers eventually re-signed him four games into the 2009 season due to the Packers offensive line struggling to protect quarterback Aaron Rodgers. He became a free agent after the season again, but re-signed with the Packers on March 14, 2010.

In the second game of the 2002 season Tauscher suffered a strain to the medial collateral ligament and tear in the anterior cruciate ligament. In the end, the surgeon had to operate on him and he was out the remainder of the year. He was able to come back but he was unable to play every game since returning in 2003. But, his streak would be cut short in thirteenth of game 13 of the season, against the Houston Texans. Tauscher was injured when he tore his anterior cruciate ligament, and was unable to play the rest in the 2008 season.
